Are you a self-employed health practitioner looking to expand your business by renting a room in Salisbury's city centre?

We have 3 standard size treatment rooms and a large treatment room / studio that are available to rent in our thriving city centre location. We are looking for experienced, like-minded therapists, who strive to offer the best care to their clients, to join our small team. We are an established centre, open since 2013.

How does it work?

Most practitioners rent on either a half day or a full day basis. You can also rent for a specific number of hours per week and book a room when you need it (space permitting). Alternatively you can rent on an ad-hoc basis. All room bookings are managed using an online calendar system that you will have access to.

What does it cost?

The cost depends on how many hours you require. The most expensive way to rent is on an ad-hoc basis this costs £14 per hour. All other rates are cheaper, please contact us at with your requirements to find out more.

What do I get?

Practitioners who rent space on a regular basis, such as a regular half day per week (or more) will be advertised on this website, with links to your own site. You can also embed your online booking diary onto this site. You will have a practitioner page and a separate page for your therapy, or one for each of your therapies should offer more.  Currently this site receives around 1.2k visitors a month. You will also have your own set of keys to the centre and be able to book extra hours on an ad-hoc basis should you need to.

All practitioners who rent (regardless of frequency) will get access to the centre's practitioner facilities when here (staff room, kitchen, staff toilet). The rental cost also includes all utilities, wifi and general waste. Should you require specialist waste collection (such as hazardous waste) you will need to arrange your own contract for this. All practitioners must have their own liability insurance for any and all therapies offered.

Who do I contact for further information?
